Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Blaine Thomason Condreay.  He passed away peacefully at home with his wife and son on February 3, 2026, after a short, but fiercely fought battle with Stage IV Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer.

Blaine was born August 7,1970 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He graduated from Yukon High School in 1988 and went on to get an associate's degree in criminal justice at Oklahoma State University's Oklahoma City Campus.

Blaine spent 24 years in the Oklahoma Army National Guard and proudly served his country in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as many other deployments both state-side and around the world.  He was a highly decorated soldier throughout his military career.  Blaine also served his community with honor and integrity as a Police Officer for the Mustang Police Department for 26 years.  He served on the Canadian County Special Operations Team for 14 years.  He worked for the Union City Police Department for one year before being hired by Mustang.

Blaine is survived by his wife of 23 years, Helene Hackett-Condreay; his son, Colten Henry Hackett Delk; brothers Phillip Andrew Condreay and his wife Norma and Conrad Condreay and his wife Christine; nephews Phillip Harrison Condreay, Aaron Condreay and his wife Jenna, Joshua Condreay, and Issac Condreay; and his niece Inara Condreay. He is also survived by three great nieces and a great nephew.  As well as his military and law enforcement families.

He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Blaine Condreay, his mother Gertrude May Condreay (nee Thomason), his daughter, Maegan Lynn Delk; his grandmother Edna Shebeck, his grandparents Cecil and Ollie Condreay, his father-in-law, Bill Henry Hackett and mother-in-law Beatrice Mae Hackett (nee Calvi).

Outside of his work as a Soldier and Police Officer, Blaine enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting and fishing.

Those who knew Blaine will remember him for his friendship, mentorship, kindness and overwhelming commitment to the safety of his country and community. He had a rare gift for making others feel safe, listened to and supported, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.

Blaine was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was one marked by love for his family, and his service to others. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him.

Although Blaine's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May his memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth his legacy of kindness and compassion in all that we do. Blaine's light will forever shine brightly in our hearts.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at One Life Church located at 306 N. Walnut, Seiling, Oklahoma at 11:00 a.m. followed by a graveside service and internment in the Chester Cemetery.
