Kebin Follis, of Longdale, was born on October 28, 1959 in Abernathy, TX to parents, Billy Joe Follis and Loretta (Shaw) Follis.  He passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025 at home surrounded by his siblings at the age of 65.  Kebin was an avid fisherman and hunter, and was well known for his knowledge of all the regulations, if you ever wanted to know what was legal to catch or shoot, he could tell you.

In addition to his parents, Billy Joe and Loretta, Kebin is preceded in death by a brother, Doyle Follis, and a nephew, Billy Gray, and great nephew Treyton Goddard..

He is survived by his siblings, Barbara Edwards and husband Carl of Longdale, Jessie Follis and wife Vickie of Longdale, Mark Follis of Longdale, Holly Follis of Vici, and Patricia Follis of Tulsa as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
