Theodocia "Ann" (Shuping) Lippincott was born on February 2, 1943 to Cecil and Christine Shuping in Commerce, TX.  She passed from this life on January 15, 2021 at the age of 77 years, 11 months, and 13 days.

Ann grew up in the Fritch/Borger area of Texas, graduating from Phillips High School with the Class of 1961. Ann worked as a pet groomer, and loved animals.  She was also a homemaker for her three children: Becky, Drew, and Clint.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In her spare time Ann liked to sew, go horseback riding, and four wheeling in Colorado and Utah.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Lippincott, and two sisters, Betty Barnes, and Cecile Hefner; and a brother, Bobby Shuping.

She is survived by her children Rebecca "Becky" Severn of Seiling, OK, Charles "Drew" Barnes of Colby, KS, and Clint Johnson of South Fork, CO; three step-children Karen Clark of Monte Vista, CO, Cindy Cotten of Monte Vista, CO, and Kristi Pickett of Perryton, TX,  as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

Private family services were held, with interment at Brumfield Cemetery in Seiling.
