Carolyn Jeanell "C. J." Dedrick, of Seiling, passed from this life on Sat. August 25, 2018 at the age of 71 years, 4 months, and 21 days.  C. J. was born in Mt. Hood, OR to Charles Roy and Pearl (Allgood) Richards on April 4, 1947.  She was raised and educated in the Norman, OK area.  She was married to Marvin "Mutt" Dedrick and the couple made their home on the farm south of Seiling.  Carolyn was a cattle rancher, but also enjoyed raising dogs and in her spare time, shopping on QVC.

C.J. was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Marvin Dedrick in 2005, a daughter Christin Boeskin, and a brother Charles Edward Richards.

She leaves behind a daughter, Nicole D'Antuono of Las Vegas, NV, niece Sharon Hicks and husband Jack of Seiling, two sisters Lynn Seyforth and husband Huey, and Deanna Powell and husband Bill, her long time companion James E. Lloyd Sr. and his children James E. "Buddy" Lloyd, Jr. of Texas, David Lloyd of Seiling, and Richard Lloyd of Seiling as well as many other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services for C. J. will be held on Sat. September 1, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Redinger Funeral Home Chapel.
