EVERETT LEE FOX, of Taloga, was born on January 7, 1938 in Putnam, OK to Richard Waller and Dollie March Fox. He was lifted into the arms of his Lord on November 27, 2016 at the age of 78 years, 10 months, and 20 days.
Everett grew up in the Taloga area, and graduated from Taloga High School. He was drafted into the United States Army in 1960. He served as a medic until 1964, and in the Army Reserve until 1966, when he received his honorable discharge.
In addition to his parents Richard and Dollie, Everett was preceded in death by his nephews, Monty Fox and Wayne Morrison, and brother-in-law Bob Morrison.
He is survived by his daughters, Sally Suzanna Edwards of Chester, OK and Jane Leigh Reeves and Jim Reeves of Vale, OR; grandchildren Jerry Jr., Mary, Jake, Sam, and Amber; one great grandchild; siblings Doris Butcher and husband Houston of Katy, TX, Beth Morrison, Dennis Fox and wife Phyllis, and Betty Cline and husband Dan all of Taloga.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Mound Cemetery in Taloga with Pastor Michael Brien presiding.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Mound Cemetery with Redinger Funeral Home (Box 236, Seiling, OK 73663) serving as custodian of the funds.
