GOLDIE MAE REDINGER, daughter of Frank and Opal Miller was born on September 20, 1950 in Plainview, TX. She died on September 30, 2016 in Seiling at the age of 66 years and 10 days.

Goldie grew up in several states, at times attending schools in Dysart, AZ, Waynoka, and Chester. She would ultimately go on to receive her G.E.D. On December 2, 1968 she married the love of her life Bobby Dean Redinger in Canadian, TX, a union of 47 years. The couple settled in Seiling where Goldie worked for the Ambulance Service, Seiling Hospital, Seiling Nursing Center, and as a homemaker. Goldie always put family first, especially her grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening her rose bushes, playing bingo, and cooking her homemade noodles and rolls.

In addition to her parents, Goldie was preceded in death by her siblings Leona, Frankie, Rosetta, Henryetta, Wilbur, and Julia.

She is survived by her husband Bob of the home; three daughters: Lanora Maples and husband Joe of Woodward, Laura Riggs of Seiling, and Bobbie Jo Cotner and husband Terry of Wister. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Chassity, Caitlin, Cody, Kelsie, Jesse, Michaela, and Neoshea; ten great grandchildren: Haven, Kasin, Neveah, Blatyn, Rylei, Ryder, Colby, Adriane, Ammon, and Tatum with one more on the way; and seven brothers and sisters: Allen, Jerry, Georgia, Lonnie, Stella, Lola, and James Henry; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016 at the Redinger Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Michael Brien officiating. Burial will follow at the Brumfield Cemetery.
