Jimmy Lee Gingrich went to be with his Lord and Savior, March 16, 2019, at his home.

He began his life in Seattle, WA on December 12, 1939, the only child of Kenneth and Lela Gingrich. They later moved to Cedardale, OK, where he grew up. He attended Mayfield Schools, 1 ^st through 7 ^th grade, and then attended Quinlan Schools, where he graduated High School. He attended Oklahoma State University and majored in Engineering.

He met the love of his life, Betty Lou Moffitt, in Woodward, OK through a mutual friend. They married in OKC, OK on April 4, 1961 and had 58 beautiful years together. Jim and Betty made their home in Mooreland, OK from 1968-2015. They had one daughter, Christina Michelle and one son, Stacy Lynn. In 2015 they built a new home and moved to Seiling, OK where they currently reside.

Jim worked for Rine Drilling Company as a Motor Man until he retired in 1980. He also operated the family farm in Cedardale, OK.  He raised cattle and farmed wheat and sudan.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Ray and Lela Evelyn and grandparents Demoree Loring and Elsie Lela Derr.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Betty, of the home, his daughter Michelle and husband Brenton Mayfield of Mutual, OK, his son Stacy and wife, Elicia of Shawnee OK, granddaughter Krysten Danielle and husband Anthony Bryer of Taloga OK, granddaughter Brooke Ashley and husband Turner Squires of Mutual OK, grandson Ethan Roy and wife Morgan Gingrich of Amarillo TX, grandson Cody Alan Gingrich of Shawnee OK and great-grandchildren Addy Michelle, Presley Leanne, Taden Ray and Parker Charles, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.

Services will be at the Redinger Funeral Home Chapel in Seiling, OK at 10:00 am, Friday March 22, 2019. Burial will follow at Brumfield Cemetery in Seiling, OK.
