Karen Sue Miller (Pettey), 62-year-old Woodward resident, was born on July 15th 1959 in San Mateo California to Leslie Pettey and Marcella Barnes (McCormick).  She passed from this life on January 18, 2022.

Karen lived in Washington, California, and Oklahoma before making her home is Woodward, OK.

Karen was married to Joe E Tuck Jr on March 1, 1979, they had 3 children in the marriage: Lisa Marie, Misty Dawn, and Dustin Joe.

Karen went to school in Washington from 1966-1969, then she moved to Oklahoma and continued her schooling in Ft. Supply, OK from 1970-1977, she later obtained her GED.

Karen spent most of her life as a homemaker and helping raise her grandkids.

Karen enjoyed camping, cooking out, fishing, shopping, she loved making all kinds of crafts. She enjoyed hanging out with her grandkids/great grandkids and family and friends. She loved to talk to us about the lord, and spending time with her beloved dog (Humphrey).

Karen fought so hard for 6 plus years, she never gave up or gave into the nasty disease of cancer. She always had a positive outlook on life no matter how bad of a day she was having. Karen will forever hold a piece of our hearts and we will all miss her so much! She was the best mom and grandma and great grandma anyone could ever ask for, and she would help anyone in need even if she didn't have much to help with. She always forgave people, and she didn't have any hate in her heart. She always saw the best in everyone, anyone who knew Karen knows this!

The family will have a memorial gathering for Karen on February 12, 2022, at Northwest Inn & Suites in Woodward at 2 PM with Austin Miller presiding.
