Keith Allen Gammon, born February 27, 1946 to Earl and Edna Meigs Gammon in Mooreland, Oklahoma. He went to Richmond school until it's closing before graduating from Sharon High School in 1964. Keith graduated from Panhandle State University with a B.S. In Business Administration in 1970. On February 25, 1971, Keith joined the US Army Reserves where he proudly served his country and earned the National Defense Service Medal until his honorable discharge in 1978 with the rank of Captain.
Keith married Dianne Champ on 1970 and had 2 children, Justin Keith and Jillian Dee. In 1982, Keith married Wendy Geisinger and gained another son, Paul Aron Geisinger. Keith and Wendy together had daughter Keeci Annette and the family made their home west of Seiling on the family farm for many years. Keith loved farming and raising cattle before making the difficult decision to sell the farm and open the Flying G Steakhouse in 1997. The business was a local favorite and open for 12 years with Keith and Wendy making many lifelong relationships with customers and employees. Keith was an entrepreneur of sorts and has owned/operated other businesses from owning storage facilities, to installing irrigation systems, delivering freight from Beaver Express, and a local favorite Flying G Spirits. Keith was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Seiling Round-Up Club, Seiling Masonic Lodge, and the Seiling Ambulance Board, as well as the elite group of "Coffee Shop Problem Solvers."
Keith enjoyed watching Sooner football and Pittsburgh Pirates baseball. He was passionate about his yard and took particular care with his mowing, landscaping, and watering. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and was particularly fond of his grandkids and driving them on the golf cart and teaching them life lessons.
Keith is preceded in death by his parents Edna and Earl. He is survived by his wife Wendy Gammon of Seiling, OK; son Justin Gammon and wife Christy of Seiling, OK; daughter Jillian Jennings and husband Jeremy of Norman, OK; son Paul Geisinger and wife Nicole of Piedmont, OK; daughter Keeci Gammon of Seiling, OK; grandchildren Meghan, Colten, Cooper, Brynn, Sloan, and Rozin; and brother Kenneth Gammon of Optima, OK; as well as many other extended family and friends.
