LaVerne Verzine (White Horse) Lime, of Seiling, passed into the arms of her Savior on February 21, 2017 at the age of 83 years, 6 months, and 27 days.
LaVerne was born to Harry and Irene (Watan) White Horse in Concho, Oklahoma on July 25, 1933. She attended the Pumpkin Ridge one room schoolhouse. On November 28, 1953 she married the love of her life Robert G. "Arlie" Lime at Watonga, OK. The couple lived in Seiling, where LaVerne was a member of the Rusty Needles Sewing Club. She gave her heart to the Lord and attended the Elm Grove Community Church for over 30 years. Her favorite activity was taking care of her grandchildren
In addition to her parents, LaVarne was preceded in death by her husband Arlie Lime, four children Robert G. "Junior", Chelsa, Delwin, and Irene Lime; and four brothers Truman, Oliver Charles, Sterling, and Terry White Horse.
Left to carry on her legacy are the family she loved so much; Eight children, Rosina Lone Bear of Clinton, Harriet Whiteshirt and husband Virgil of El Reno, Manuel Lime of El Reno, Charlene Mendoza and husband Ramon of Thomas, Gary Lime and wife Angie of Clinton, Irene Lime of Weatherford, Myron Lime and wife Irene of Thomas, and Leona Miller and husband Shannon of Seiling; two "adopted" children Wayne Montgomery of Seiling, and Christy Cheek of McLeod, OK; a brother, Merlin White Horse; a sister, Louise White Horse; 42 grandchildren, and 71 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Wake Services will be held from 7 PM to 10 PM on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017 at the Restoration Church in Seiling.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Monday, Feb. 27, 2017 at the Elm Grove Community Church in Chester. Burial will follow at Cantonment Cemetery under the direction of Redinger Funeral Home.
