Ruth Ann (Cline) Stotts began her earthly journey on March 4, 1934, when she was welcomed by her parents Arthur and Sarah (Long) Cline in Thomas Oklahoma. Her earthly journey ended on March 22, 2023, when she went to be with her lord and savior at the age of 89 years and 18 days.

The family made their home in Thomas, Oklahoma then moved to Parallel where Ruth Ann attended the one room school through the 8 ^th grade where she was the salutatorian of her class. Ruth Ann then attended the 9 ^th grade in Taloga. She finished her education in the Putnam Schools  graduating with the class of 1952.  Ruth Ann furthered her education by attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford through 1954 where she obtained a business and secretarial degree.

On February 17, 1956, Ruth Ann was united in marriage to Everett Melvin Stotts at the Putnam Christian Church.  This marriage was blessed with four children: Coweta Ann, Fred LeRoy, Monte Ray, and Evelyn Ruth. The family first made their home in Chester and then Seiling then returned to Chester.

Ruth Ann helped operate the farm and ranch, she also worked at the county courthouse, then as a bank teller, and she was also a back-up rural mail carrier for several years.  She and Everett owned and operated Stotts Feed and Seed in Chester for 12 years.

Ruth Ann truly loved to be called a farmer's wife.  She was glad to help Everett in any way that she could and was very supportive of her family.  Her greatest joys came from being with and involved in her children and grandchildren's lives.

Ruth Ann accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and was a member of the First Christian Church of Putnam. After the family moved to Seiling she became a member of the First Christian Church of Seiling.   She loved to help with VBS and was the catcher for the local softball team. Her faith was a very important part of her life.

In addition to her parents, Arthur and Sarah, Ruth Ann is preceded in death by her loving husband, Everett in 2020 with whom she shared 64 wonderful years, siblings, Earl Cline and Margaret Kincaid, and brother-in-law Donald Kincaid.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children Coweta Donnell and husband Jeff, LeRoy Stotts and wife Tammy, Monte Stotts and wife Sherry, and Evelyn McAleney and husband Jack. The grandchildren who will carry on her legacy are Jeremy Donnell and wife Wendy, Kyli Hibbard and husband Mason, Claci Dowdy and husband Josh, Ryan, Dillon, Taylor, Caitlyn, and Kenzie Stotts, and Jessica Lamle and husband Kade; great grandchildren; Taw Hibbard and Paige Marie Lamle.  Other family members who will miss her presence are brother Dan Cline and wife Betty of Taloga, Ok, sister Sue Boyle and husband Elwyn of Woodward, and sisters-in-law; Doretta Cline of Taloga, Doris Kincaid of Parallel, Ok, Treva Smith of Montgomery City, MO, and June Wilson of Oklahoma City, Ok. There are numerous other relatives, many friends and acquaintances who were touched by Ruth Ann during her time here on earth.

Memorial donations may be made to the Seiling First Christian Church Building Fund or Chester Community Building .
