Seraphina Jolie Faires was born on May 28, 2018 at 2:59 PM to her loving parents Lucas Connor and Rachel Shea (Matthews) Faires. At 4:00 PM, she peacefully passed from this life in the arms of her parents, leaving behind a powerful lasting memory of her brief life in the many lives that she touched. Seraphina was baptized into the Trinity Lutheran Church very shortly after her birth. The sweet child radiated joy and peace to all those that were in the room as warm presence- a presence that can still be felt by all those who were touched by her little soul.

Seraphina will be greeted in heaven by those that preceded her; great grandparents, Gene and Mip Faires, Shirley Westfall, Ken and Darlene Leath, Gene and Mary Matthews, and Betty Chappell.

Cherishing the memory of Seraphina are her parents, Luke and Rachel; great grandfather Ronald Chappell; great grandfather "Papa Don" Westfall, maternal grandparents Bruce and Ronda Matthews; paternal grandfather John Faires and wife Judy Menzel; paternal grandmother Julie and husband Keith Sawyer; uncle Bryce and wife Casey Matthews, aunt Sarah and husband Bobby McDowell, aunt Laura Matthews, uncle Brent and wife Leanna Matthews; and many cousins, great aunts and uncles,  and other relatives.
