The world lost a beloved mother, Tasha Amelia Martinez, better known as Kookie on August 3, 2021. Kookie was born on April 20,1982 to Virginia Kaye Flores. She was the granddaughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth Bull. She tragically passed, at the age of 39, in OKC. Kookie grew up and attended Oklahoma City Area schools. She started her life with her children. Kookie was the proud single mother of four children. Sasha, Yasmine, Horacio, Nayeli! Kookie spent her life making a home for her children she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her loved ones. She was a proud grandmother to Andrea Kaye Flores, Aurelio Olvera, Alonzo Olvera, Andrés Guevara, and the new grandchild that is currently on the way. She was always so loving, caring, and giving! She gave the best hugs!

She always had a beautiful smile on her face. She claims to have learned everything she knew from her own loving mother Kaye. Kookie is survived by her children. Kookie will be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many, friends!!
