Theta Arvilla Miller, known to all as "Teddy" was born August 20, 1926, the youngest of seven children.

Her parents were Charles Franklin and Ella Blumer Miller.  She passed peacefully from this life at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City on February 27, 2019, at the age of 92 years 6 months and 7 days.

Teddy attended Riley Elementary School completing the eight grade May 15th, 1942 (she had a perfect attendance certificate for eighth grade with a picture of General MacArthur in it).  She then entered high school at Richmond where she graduated with the class of 1946.

Teddy lived most of her life on the family farm south of Cestos.  Following her mothers death in 1977 Teddy lived alone on the farm until she moved to Seiling in the fall of 1982.  She lived in Seiling, where she enjoyed the Senior Citizen's Center, shopping for groceries and being a good neighbor.  In December of 1999 she moved to an assisted living center Windsor Manor and later to Forest Glade.  At the assisted living centers she enjoyed visiting with her fellow residents, crafts, and activities.  She particularly enjoyed musical performances, pets that visited with their owners, and the Bingo games. In February of 2010 she moved to St. Ann Nursing home and lived across the street from her sister Ada who was in St. Ann's Assisted Living.  She lived at the nursing home until being admitted to Mercy Hospital February 21, 2019.

Teddy loved animals, on the farm she always had an outside dog and an inside canary or parakeet.  Her parakeet moved from Seiling to Windsor Manor with her and when "Pretty Boy" was gone we got another "Pretty Boy" for her room at Forest Glade.

Teddy survived all of her immediate family:  her parents;  her brothers Grof, Kenneth (Herkie), Delbert (Tait); her sisters Reka Terrel, Peggy Fuqua, and Ada Fuqua.  She is survived by nieces, nephews and other family.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019 at the Redinger Funeral Home Chapel in Seiling, OK.  Burial will follow at Riley Cemetery.
