Wilda Wailana Harlin passed from this life on November 26, 2020 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born on December 3, 1926 at Fay, OK to parents Amos and Marcella (Wile) Minton. She grew up in Fay, Oklahoma, and graduated from school there. She went on to attend business school, achieving a certificate in general business. She was married in Watonga in 1950 to James Fauchier, and to this union was born a son Daniel, and a daughter Denise. After the death of James, she later married Clade Harlin, and added a step-son, Clyde, to her family.

Wilda worked as a secretary for Blaine County Abstract for four years, before becoming a full-time farm wife.  She later worked at Taloga Public Schools, where she was a cook for fifteen years. During this time, she also worked with Avon, which she did for over thirty+ years.

Wilda was a member of the Baptist Church of Taloga.

Wilda was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Marcella Minton; husband James Fauchier; husband Clade Harlin; brothers A.C. Minton, Wiley Minton, and Selby Minton.

Wilda is survived by her son Daniel Fauchier and wife Glenda of Norman, Oklahoma; daughter Denise Canfield and husband Robert of Woodward, Oklahoma; step-son Clyde Harlin of Davidson, Oklahoma; grandson R.J. Canfield of Woodward; granddaughter Abby Schill and husband Ben of Norman, OK; grandson Levi Canfield of Woodward; grandson Aaron Fauchier and wife Emily of Norman; three step-granddaughters, nine great-grandchildren; extended family, and a host of loved ones and friends.
